Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Services

ProDevly provides software development and digital solutions services. All services and deliverables are digital in nature. We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical goods or tangible products of any kind.

This policy explains how digital deliverables and service outputs are delivered to our clients.

2. Digital Delivery Methods

All project deliverables are provided digitally through one or more of the following methods, as agreed in the project proposal:

• Direct deployment: The completed website or application is deployed directly to the client's hosting environment, domain or cloud platform.
• Code repository transfer: Source code is delivered via a private Git repository (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket or similar) transferred to the client's account.
• File transfer: Completed files, assets, designs or documentation are shared via secure file transfer (Google Drive, Dropbox or similar) or email.
• Handover documentation: For larger projects, a project handover document is provided detailing the delivered work, technical setup and instructions for ongoing use.

3. Delivery Timeline

Project timelines and delivery dates are agreed upon in the project proposal before work commences. Delivery timelines vary based on project scope, complexity and client responsiveness.

These are indicative estimates. Actual delivery dates for your project will be confirmed in the project proposal. Timelines may be affected by client feedback cycles, scope changes or third-party dependencies.

4. Milestone-Based Delivery

For larger projects, deliverables are typically structured in milestones. Each milestone represents a defined stage of the project (e.g., design approval, development build, testing, final delivery). Clients review and approve each milestone before the next phase begins.

5. Access & Ownership on Delivery

Upon final payment and project completion, the client receives full access to all deliverables as specified in the project agreement. This includes source code, assets and any accounts or platforms set up during the project on the client's behalf.

6. No Physical Shipping

As all services and deliverables are digital, there is no physical shipping, packaging, courier or logistics involved. No physical products are dispatched at any time.

7. International Delivery

Digital services are delivered electronically and are available to clients worldwide regardless of geographic location. ProDevly currently serves clients in India, the United States, the United Kingdom, the UAE, Europe, Singapore and other international markets.

As services are digital, there are no customs duties, import restrictions or international shipping costs applicable.
